Senior Attractions Attendant Part-time

Salary: $12.00/hr

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Attractions Attendant to help lead the daily operations of our attractions. In this position, you will provide support to the Attractions team while maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest experience. Works closely with and reports to the Attractions Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests have a positive, enjoyable experience by managing the guest interaction at all rides and attractions. Provide superior customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Safety Management: Audit daily safety inspections of all attractions, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and identifying anything requiring maintenance. Ensuring all Attractions staff are maintaining a safe environment and enforcing safety standards for guests. Take the lead during incidents, following proper action plans to resolve situations safely and quickly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist with smooth operation of all activities, ensuring all attractions are staffed appropriately and are operating at full capacity.
  • Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to new team members as well as ensuring all staff are up-to-date on operating procedures and guest service standards. Monitor performance of all Attractions staff and offer effective feedback.
  • Professional Appearance: Wear the assigned uniform and nametag with pride. Promote an approachable environment to support our award-winning guest experience. Maintain cleanliness around attraction areas, ensuring they are always free of clutter, hazards, and debris. Ability to foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere among staff and guests.

Education and Experience: Previous leadership experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision making, communication, and conflict resolution skills with flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. This position will have duties walking long distances and lifting up to 50 lbs. in all outdoor weather conditions. Must possess a valid driver’s license and preferably be at least 21 years of age.
